By creating an account or interacting with the platform, you explicitly affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be governed by these Terms.
2. Description of the Freemium Service Structure
TimeTab.cc operates on a structural Freemium model rather than a temporary time-limited free trial. The core functional parameters of the platform are provided to users entirely free of charge without an automated expiration window. Users may optionally elect to unlock advanced workflows, specialized modules, or expanded capacity limits by enrolling in voluntary, recurring paid add-on features managed via our explicit subscription billing interfaces.
3. Account Integrity and User Responsibilities
To access the CRM features, you must maintain accurate, current, and complete registration data. You are entirely responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any operational actions taken under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@timetab.cc if you suspect any unauthorized access or database breach.
4. Subscription Fees, Add-ons, and Billing
While the fundamental platform remains accessible at zero cost, access to Premium Modules requires explicit subscription authorization. Fee structures are clearly detailed on our pricing tiers. All subscription payments for additional features are billed strictly on a recurring pre-paid basis and are non-refundable unless mandated otherwise by local consumer statutes. You may cancel your premium add-on modules at any time, which will downgrade your profile back to the standard free tier at the conclusion of the active billing cycle.
5. Disclaimers of Warranties and Strict Limitation of Liability
TimeTab.cc is provided to you strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" operational basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, explicit or implied, regarding system uptime, the absolute accuracy of cross-timezone calendar synchronizations, or the flawless delivery of automated client notifications.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable global legislation, TimeTab.cc shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, direct losses of business revenue, student relationship degradation, missed academic appointments, or financial losses resulting from application technical downtimes, synchronization delays, database maintenance windows, or configuration human errors.
6. Termination and Platform Governance
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in malicious database exploits, or disrupt the operation of our leased VPS infrastructure. These terms are governed by international software licensing standards.
